Order Transport and payment possibilities
- Cash on delivery
Your order will be shipped immediately. We will charge you with a cash on delivery fee of € 15,50. For every order below € 300,00 we charge a € 14,50 administration and shipping fee.
- Payment prior to delivery
Your order will be sent after we receive your payment. For every order below € 300,00 we will charge a € 15,50 administration and shipping fee. You can transfer the order amount using the following bank account:

Your order will be shipped immediately. For every order below € 300,00 we charge a € 14,50 administration and shipping fee. Your credit card will be charged through our partner Worldpay. All of our credit card payments are secured. You can see this at the status of your browser in the bottom right of your browser  .

Delivery/order status
All orders will be shipped out within 3 working days after payment is confirmed and when products are in stock via UPS. We will email you when a product is momentarily unavailable.

Complaints and returns
You're not satisfied with your purchase afterwards? You can return your order/product within 7 days to us in its original condition and package. Please contact us before you decide to return your purchase.

All our prices are including VAT. We are not responsible for any price increasing or typing error(s). On delivery you receive from us an extensive and specified invoice with mention of the VAT. Also read our disclaimer en terms of agreement.
