BRUNSWICK BILLIARDS AND MATCHROOM SPORT SIGN EXCLUSIVE TABLE DEAL

Brunswick Billiards, the most trusted name in cue sports, announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with Matchroom Sport to provide the official table at all their international pool events over the next three years.
That is good news for top players from around the world following the signing of the three-year agreement, which will see the Gold Crown V become the table at the World Pool Masters, the World Cup of Pool, the World Pool Championship and the Mosconi Cup.
Brunswick’s Gold Crown V tables, which set the standard around the world for its unmatched quality, accuracy and playability, launched last year to rave reviews as an updated version of one of the most legendary names in the game.
“Brunswick is proud to be the number one choice of billiards professionals and Matchroom Sport,” said Sean Cummings, president of Brunswick Billiards. “The Gold Crown V is a world-class pool table, engineered for those who demand the very best.”
Since first using Brunswick at the 1998 Mosconi Cup, Matchroom Sport has enjoyed an unbroken 10-year relationship with the world’s premier table manufacturer.

The Brunswick Gold Crown V will make its 2008 debut at the World Pool Masters which takes place from May 9 – 11 at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The New Uri Geller: starring the Clash X pooltable....

Loontjens Biljarts is very proud that we were able to make a contribution to the Dutch TV -show "The search for the new Uri Geller"
In this live show, based upon the same format as Idols, the world famous Uri Geller, is looking for the best "mentallist" who can reach the same status as mr. Geller himself.
One of the 3 finalists, the duo Rob & Emiel even managed to include a pool table in their performance. Withnessed by a TV-audience of over 1 Million people, they were responsible for 2 acts which combined unknown forces, paranormal results and the beautifull game of Pool !
The dutch duo used the new Clash X pool table while they made their shots with the Poison Cyanide 1 cue.
We are happy to emphasize the quality of these products through such a prestigious event on the Dutch national television.

The Brunswick Euro Challenge might sound as a brand new continental pool event. But do not expect Pool tables, break cues or chalk; we are talking about bowling !!! Normally we take a look at players like Niels Feijen, Efren Reyes and Ralf Souquet. but the stars are the top Bowling players like Australia's Jason Belmonte, Martin Larsen form Sweden or Mike Fagan form the US. All in all an international sports event, and a top notch event to promote Pool (Pool Américain as they know it in France)
The Brunswick Euro Challenge is organised by the Belgian Based Valcke Company, the distributor of bowling equipment in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Switzerland.
